VentOcean is Neuver Maritime’s exclusive authorized representative and service provider in Türkiye for steering gear and rudder systems. Combining commercial representation with local technical expertise, we support shipowners, ship managers and shipyards throughout the equipment lifecycle — from commissioning and troubleshooting to planned maintenance and repair.
Through our own field service engineers based in Türkiye, we provide local technical support in accordance with Neuver Maritime’s OEM procedures, technical documentation and applicable certification requirements.

Authorized Technical Services in Türkiye
VentOcean is Neuver Maritime’s exclusive authorized service provider in Türkiye for the relevant steering gear and rudder systems. Unlike a service model based solely on coordination with overseas technicians, VentOcean provides local support through its own field service engineers.
Our technical services cover the principal stages of equipment installation, operation and maintenance:
- Commissioning & Initial Installation Support — Technical inspections, installation checks, system verification and commissioning activities in accordance with OEM documentation and project requirements.
- Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnosis — Systematic investigation of hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and control-related issues to identify faults and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Planned Maintenance — Scheduled inspections, condition assessments and maintenance activities based on manufacturer recommendations and equipment operating conditions.
- Repair & Overhaul — Corrective maintenance, component replacement, sealing system work and overhaul activities within the applicable OEM service scope.
- Technical Inspections & Reporting — Documentation of inspection findings, maintenance activities and relevant technical observations.
- Genuine Spare Parts Coordination — Identification and coordination of original spare parts to support equipment reliability and repair requirements.
All service activities are performed in accordance with the applicable OEM procedures, technical documentation and certification requirements.

Neuver Maritime’s technical heritage includes steering gear and rudder systems previously supplied under established industry brands, including Tenfjord, Frydenbø, Rolls-Royce and Kongsberg.
VentOcean supports customers operating these systems in Türkiye by helping identify installed equipment, assess maintenance requirements, investigate operational issues and coordinate suitable repair and spare parts solutions.
