YILDIZ TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY – Career Days Event
April 20, 2026 was a very special day for us. At Yıldız Technical University, where we are proud to be both students and alumni, we successfully completed the Career Days event organized by the YTU Ship and Maritime Club “YTU-GEMDEK,” with great participation and strong interest.
In the very faculty where we once sat as students, it was extremely valuable—and equally emotional—for us to share our experiences and come together with the engineers of the future.
It was also a pleasure for us to be together at the same event with Efes Marine and its esteemed founder, Faruk AVCIOĞLU, with whom we are proud to walk side by side.
The high level of interest in the event, along with the curiosity and engagement of the students, motivated us greatly. We hope that the experiences we shared have made even a small contribution to our fellow students’ career journeys.
We were also honored by the presence of our dean, Prof. Dr. Serkan Ekinci, from the YTU Faculty of Naval Architecture and Maritime. We would like to thank him for his support and kind participation.
We extend our thanks to everyone involved in the organization—especially the YTU-GEMDEK team—and to all the students who attended. We wish you clear paths and favorable winds ahead.
