VentOcean was established in Istanbul in 2024 and carries out sales, marketing, and technical representation activities in Türkiye for selected international manufacturers operating in the maritime sector. In addition to its representation activities, the company provides spare parts supply and technical field services for specific equipment and system groups. VentOcean’s operational structure is based on defined and structured workflows between OEMs and local stakeholders. Sales processes, project coordination, and technical communication activities are conducted in accordance with technical requirements, contractual frameworks, and applicable regulations. This approach ensures the consistent and controlled market positioning of the represented brands in Türkiye. The company’s operational scope includes equipment sales, spare parts supply, and after-sales technical field services. Field activities, including commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support, are planned and coordinated in line with OEM technical requirements and on-site conditions. VentOcean adopts a working approach in which commercial and technical processes are addressed within an integrated framework rather than as separate functions.
