Established in 1986, TEHO Ropes is an international supplier of ropes, mooring equipment, rigging and lifting solutions for the maritime, offshore and construction industries.
With an extensive product portfolio and an international supply network, the company provides synthetic fibre ropes, steel wire ropes and associated equipment designed to meet demanding operational and safety requirements. Its MAGNARO® range of synthetic ropes and WREXCO® steel wire rope portfolio serve a broad range of applications, from vessel mooring to crane operations and heavy-duty lifting.

Product Range
TEHO Ropes’ portfolio covers two principal product groups: synthetic ropes and steel wire ropes.
- Synthetic Ropes — MAGNARO®: A broad range of synthetic fibre ropes manufactured using materials including HMPE, aramid, nylon, composite fibres and mixed polyolefins. Depending on the construction, these ropes offer different combinations of strength, weight, elongation, abrasion resistance and handling characteristics.
- Steel Wire Ropes — WREXCO®: Steel wire ropes for mooring, towing, lifting, lashing and crane applications. The range includes general-purpose and stainless-steel wire ropes, PVC-coated wires, rotation-resistant constructions and high-performance crane ropes.
- Mooring Lines & Tails: Rope and wire solutions, including mooring tails and connections, selected to suit vessel requirements and mooring arrangements.
- Crane Wires & Lifting Applications: Wire ropes and associated components for deck cranes, overhead cranes, hose-handling cranes and other lifting equipment.
- End Terminations & Slings: Rope end fittings, sockets, thimbles and sling solutions designed to support safe and reliable rope installations.

TEHO Ropes offers products manufactured to relevant technical specifications and provides supporting product information to help customers identify suitable solutions. Its published steel wire rope range references standards including BS EN 12385, ISO 2408 and API 9A, depending on the product and application.
For mooring applications, the selection process should also consider the vessel’s mooring arrangement, operational profile and applicable industry guidance, including OCIMF MEG4 where relevant.
